PBA - Psuedo Bulbar Effect - Involuntary Laughter, Involuntary Crying Spells - A Neurological Disorder causing Emotional Incontinence. Videos that I have recorded on myself for 5 months now as of mid to late 2016, will show me bursting into prolonged periods of laughter that can span seconds or minutes. It will also show me screaming profanity while I am working at my desk or at my computer, reading from a journal in my work room or working around the house while mopping or doing dishes. My mental health paperwork reads bouts of uncontrollable sobbing but I have not seen me sob in 5 months of video recordings on myself. My paperwork will also read trashing objects, hitting myself and punching walls. 5 months of video recordings on myself have failed to show that as well. However, videos of recordings on myself for 5 months now very consistently will show me break into prolonged periods of laughter and into prolonged periods of profanity with garbled sentences that make no sense flowing out of my mouth. People with PBA however do have a recall of what they experience and will wind up experiencing situation inappropriate manifestations anywhere and will not experience manifestations contained to an environment.

Very Low Frequencies are almost near impossible to detect. Why can't that be the case with me in light of the fact that I have evidence of being exposed to radiation? The exposure can be from anything as stated in the evidence, use of smart meters, electrical gadgets in the home, any kind of simulator - It can be literally anything. I have constant electricity running thru me. Why can't that sensation of constant electricity running thru me be a direct result of being exposed to very low frequency fields? If you put that in the context of the constant excitation being experienced at home why is it not a direct result of exposure to a very low EMF field? Other Symptoms that I have experienced ranging from tissue alteration, angioedema - tissue swelling, detection of gastrointestinal issues that include the constant gush of fluids into my mouth, immune system trace minerals depletion, neurological tingling, musculoskeletal pain, swollen sore throat, lightheadedness, muscle twitching, dermal itching, frequent urination, along with pressure/pain experienced in the eyes, chest, ears, ringing in the ears are very symptomatic of effects of being exposed to radiation. If I were in a doctors shoes and if I were to play devils advocate, why would it not be a logical explanation to see that a brain perhaps has gotten ill as a result of experiencing abnormal excitation that is a direct result of exposure to very low EMF Fields?? This would only make even more logical sense especially since the conclusion in writing by doctors is stated as an excitation or overstimulation of the brain circuitry. Only they have no answers as to why this overstimulation or over excitation is seen only on the inside of the house 98% of the time and not on the outside of the house? Clearly one would hope that one can logically conclude that it is much easier to and more normal for any program to stimulate a brain within the 4 walls of a home given the sophistication and range of the equipment used. If it is indeed highly sophisticated machinery used that has a wide range it would add very little value to any experimentational program to stimulate a brain to be under duress and bein episodes on the outside of a home as the key to most human experimentation programs is to watch the brain learn while under duress and there is certainly not as much of it that can be done while walking on the outside of the home spewing profanity as there is to be gained when watching the television or reading or computing.
