Cell Phone Hacking
For Years they have made my life miserable by hacking directly into my cell phone
2014 Call Phone - I owned a Galaxy S3 which is a phone I really liked. Out of the blue the battery would drain. I tried many stores, they gave me temp solutions by replacing the battery in concern with another battery but it would make no difference. One minute it would be fully charged, the next minute the battery would drain and ironically it would drain just when I needed the phone to make an important call. Also it would drain at places where I did not have a car and I would need a taxi leaving me stranded with no ability to procure a taxi unless I walk with all the heavy luggage to the nearest store so that I can use their phone to make a call.
When case managers did not report accurate facts, the police took advantage and called me mentally ill in every single report citing the record that was built by the mental health system including offering my ex-husband advice to live separately or advising civil action such as a divorce without hearing a single word I said on Domestic Abuse as their explanation was that I was mentally ill. In their minds only a mentally ill woman would call out Domestic Abuse and not a normal woman who was abused. There was no need to investigate if a mentally ill woman labeled by the system who should be considered vulnerable was indeed abused. So I banked on my call recordings to show that I did not misconstrue what was said to me or what I had discussed with anyone in the system. My call recordings have come to my aid many times when I called the system out on how they represented facts. When I never shied away from calling the system out, the hacker attacked me by attacking the call recordings trying to take away the weapon that I was using to call the system out.
2015 - 2019 - Divorce Years - Calls are scrambled. I have spent hrs on the phone trying to rectify the issue and trying to recover call recordings from my blackberry.
Since I did not have as many resources, I finally gave in and went to an LG Tribute 5 for 100 bucks. They made my life a living hell. They would inject ads all the time before I could even press a number on the dial pad. I would loose 2-3 weeks call recordings which was the standard pattern on my cell phone
I had important conversations with my Lawyer that was drawing up my trust. They deleted all the calls with him
2018 June - I had calls with First Action Movers who was moving me from my home. They deleted all my calls. The mover took advantage of me and moved me over 3 days displaying utter unprofessionalism and rudeness while doing their so called job which given their attitude one would think that I should thank them for doing a job that was suppose to be completed in one day over 3 days. In addition they scammed $1500 without even completing the job. I had to pay another mover $1200 to complete the job.
2019 Feb - I was moving into my own townhome . This time I called the mover that I paid $1200 to complete the job. He moved all the furniture in for me. However all calls with the apartment management that is the apartment I use to live in were erased. The woman flat out denied that I had a few conversations with her discussing what it takes to break the lease, my future plans and when I should put in my 60 day notice period. So I was forced to pay rent and mortgage for the month of April.
That is the extent of harassment and extortment I have to live.
During the last committal attempt, reports were falsified to such an extent alleging me of spending thousands of dollars without no evidence and asking for me to not live independently as in their eyes someone needed to monitor how vulnerable I am with spending money.
So now during this move when the hacker ensures that calls to the apartment manager stating that I did give a notice to the apartment manager are erased and that there is no reason for me to pay an additional month of rent, clearly the hacker paves the way for the system to use it as an opportunity to state in their paperwork that the apartment manager is right and that I just do not have the ability to manage my funds or my life.
Any attempt to show that I made the effort to record these calls and that now those calls are erased only compounds the statements that get made by the system stating that I am lacking insight and I am not able to manage my funds. They simply say Smeeta is in denial and clearly is lacking the insight she should have in the situation. That is how the mental health system works when they are intent on burying you. The mental health system is always unaware of cyber hacking to the point that in their minds hacking simply does not exist. According to the mental health system smart devices ability/functionality, how devices are used against you, how surveillance can be conducted using your own devices is simply not a fact but a mere delusion of an ill mind directly resulting from poor judgement and poor insight.
Recently Fox 4 News channel is filled with a story of how a hacker sent a tweet message to a reporter where the message embedded a strobe light to put the reporter in a state of epileptic seizure. That is a case of serious electro magnetic induction into a human body via a device as common as a simple cell phone and yet the mental health systems will vehemently deny of its existence.
If you ask the mental health systems as to how they would go about procuring a mover, I am not sure that they would state anything differently and yet I will be accused for the lack of insight I have exhibited and why I needed to spend the extra money. If I had good judgement that would never have happened to me in spite of showing concrete evidence of how all my calls were erased out so that I could not play back recordings to get them to see what they told me. Most moving companies don't like detailed contracts and show up and try to do it their way. If u absolutely need to move that day u are at their mercy but hey I am mentally ill so how could I get something like that?
