Oct 2018 - All Calls to HCMC Day Treatment Center
I was alleged by Demi a thereapist who a year and a half into what it means to be a therapist stated that I was decompensating, not making to treatment without valid reasons and that I was loosing focus and concentration and that she was beginning to get concerned about. The irony is that she was told many times that day treatment was medical necessity to me. It was one of the places that kept me episode free. So if she thought I was decompensating, why would she not put in extra effort and keep me in the environment that keeps me healthy vs kicking me out of an environment with 24 hrs notice especially when it is an environment I needed and especially when as per these calls she knows that the primary reasons were as follows :
1) I moved from Edina to Burnsville on Sept 29th. I spent 3 -4 days unpacking of which she was notified
2) I was put on a 2 week suspension by Metro Mobility for no fault of my own which the metro mobility account manager accounts for in his reference letter found on the Feb 2019 Dismissal Page
3) I was petitioning the Supreme Court Last 2 weeks of November. I represent myself with some guidance from a Legal aid Lawyer that I can avail of. It takes longer and I might have to redo the petition couple times till the court administrator is happy with it as I don't have the legal education nor the training. I don't have oodles of money that my ex-husband seems to have either who has had a lawyer for 3 years straight now.
Here are my calls for October
Here are my calls made to her in November
Reference Letter from Metro Mobility Manager
As u can hear on the calls I had to fight for myself and compile a ton of evidence to have Metro Mobility take back their 2 week suspension period which is acknowledged by the Customer Relations Manager in his reference letter to me. Secondly given Thanksgiving it took close to 2 weeks to get the petition to the supreme court on my divorce case in the right format to be acceptable to the court. She found my absences to the day treatment program inexcusable andShe without any notice ended my ability to go to Day Treatment at the end of November. She did not even give me a chance to find another alternate treatment program. My case manager at that point Alyson Boynton from People Incorporated did zilch to find other resources.
